FCR (First Contact Resolution) is the goal of the Acumera Support Center. Before joining Acumera, Bret held the role of COO for WellAware, Inc., an oilfield SaaS company. Prior to that, he was the COO for Knology, Inc, a provider of voice, video, and data service.
